Two techno nerds meet in the trendy bar for an evening's chitchat:
A: Techno isn't what it used to be anymore.
B: Yes, yes, you said something...
... (hours later) ...
A: Schaffhäuser also did another EP on Biotop.
B: Again his expectably weird stuff with side trips towards drone and rave?
A: Well, maybe you could say that. But at least a good part again unexpectedly.
B: So as always.
A: Man, if you expect the unexpected, it doesn't make the unexpected predictable.
B: No, no, yes, no... I'm just longing for total surprise, wild hooks, the newly found wheel.
A: JesusHell, it's all about beats and basses. Ok, and some dark ambient shit and some lovely spacy sounds and...
B: Ya, ya, ya, like we expected.
... (hours later) ...
B: ... and I think his last EP on Biotop, 'The Unstoppable Bubble Machine', was way better than this one here.
A: Come on, they are both pretty cool, and together with his album 'Diderot' from 2017, he really has a remarkable history on Patrick Zigon's label...
B: I think I like his last one better, the one on Snork Enterprises.
A: 'Hedonism, What Else'? Funny title, but quite good indeed.
B: Yes, but actually his stuff on his own label WARE is the real hot shit.
A: I'll go dancing then, dumbass.
