Only using minimal source material (drums and percussion), Greg and Steven are able to create distinctive and varied improvisations. This music - recorded live at 3030 in Chicago - reflects their mutual appreciation of space, texture, and sound exploration. Steven played drums and percussion throughout while Greg processed and transformed those sounds with a laptop in realtime using a custom built MAX/MSP environment. This cd is a document of that performance that happened one day in june 2005
