Four Flies Records presents the first ever release of the soundtrack to Leo Guerrasi’s 1961 film L’urlo dei bolidi (The Roar of the Bolidi), a comedy about the tormented love story between a racing car mechanic and the daughter of a rich business man.

The 9 tracks in this album see Italian composer Aldo Piga, who wrote many film scores between the 50s and 60s, work in the vein of American-inspired jazz, with big band, swing and bebop influences and main themes entrusted to the brass section.
An absolute must for all lovers of Italian films and soundtracks.
