One of the biggest ever UK posse cuts, "Veterans" lines up 20 of some of the greatest UK MC's to grace the mic - from Roots Manuva, Rodney P and Ragga Twins, to Blak Twang, Navigator and Ty, who sadly passed earlier this year - the number of legends on this track is truly mondblowing. The original splashed down last year with a killer video showing how it all came together. So what better to do then give the track some remixes?
First up, US jungle don Liondub and Jah Boogs drop a heavy drum and bass monster, riffing on the classic bassline of the original. Next, original broken beat don and Bugz In The Attic mainstay Daz-I-Kue gives us a bruk-bashment flavour, sure to turn the heat up in any dance. Finally, Tru-Thoughts own Wrongtom goes for a rub-a-dub spin echoing a classic riddim and bassline.
