Well known for his acclaimed releases on Souvenir, Ware, Minimood, and many more, Ziggy's unique and deliciously twisted music finds a fresh home on Patrick Zigons new imprint. Kinder's initial studio tools are most often bass and guitar. Even if one can't perceive real instruments when listening to the finished track, they always form the foundation: modifying them until he's satisfied imbues all his work with a subtle organic quality, exemplified by the warm analog samples he cuts and re-purposes into completely new sounds. The title track includes a real orchestra - transformed during the break into a vicious swarm of fish - which sounds the attack for this inspiring four tracker. Followed up by the melodious Audioscopics, percussive Dangling, and tropical Horizon, Kinder takes us deep into his trippy electronic world. Somehow surreal and dreamy yet full of naughty techno elements, all his tracks are invariably accompanied by the most important ingredient of Kinder's musical language: infectiously funky rhythms that form the pulse of Ziggy's beat.
