DJ & producer duo Goom Gum is set to release their debut EP with Watergate Records,
after constantly building up momentum and making waves in the sweet spot of melodic
techno and progressive house.
The 'Staccato' EP is a two-tracker carefully exploring the borders of modern dance
music. 'Devotion', released as an announcing single on November 1st, features early rave
stabs and a contemplative yet driving track layout often associated with progressive
house. The eponymous 'Staccato', released on November 8th and serving as the title
track of the EP, delves into more classic melodic techno waters with vocal bits, spanning
a storytelling experience into a monolithic club anthem.
