MidnightRoba is the solo project of Attica Blues' vocalist, Roba El-Essawy. MidnightRoba presents the first release from her forthcoming album, double single 'Don't Let This Change/ Safe With Me', in which she offers tales of love, openness, and a voice that speaks as much as it listens.
Don't Let This Change, a jazz inspired ballad, was China Moses' late night track of the week on Jazz FM and received play from Gilles Peterson on BBC Radio 6 and Worldwide FM, Kev Beadle on Totally Wired Radio, and Robert Elms on BBC Radio London, amongst others. Safe With Me, both the original and remix by 2000Black, has received play on dance floors and radio DJs.
