After several years of focusing on composing music for film - including the score for his third feature film, his music appears in the recent 2024 remake of 'The Crow' and Daniel Glover's hit TV series 'The Swarm' Phil returns to his roots with a release crafted specifically for the dancefloor. Artificial Analogue signals a bold shift back to the core sound that first brought him into the electronic music world. In recent months, Phil has been curating a night in Belfast called Leatherette, which explores the darker edges of electronic music. Drawing inspiration from post-punk, psychedelia, and the shadowy depths of disco, this event has heavily influenced the evolving sound of PKR.
