This Justin Velor track with Leee John, the main man from 80's pop-soul sensation Imagination, was first featured on his album '2013' and now gets some accomplished remix treatment.
Beedle & Moodymanc collaborate combining their consummate skills to take the track into Black Science territory. They marry phillyesque drums with a bumping bass line whilst Leee John's vocals are chopped & worked smoothly into the deeply swung rhythm. For good measure they drop a deeper dub alongside.
Next Max Essa provides an epic discoid excursion. His remix builds with fizzing percussion weaved around an insistent hi-energy style bassline. Uplifitng synths & Leee's rousing vocals complete the full colour widescreen experience.
The original album version co-produced by Jez Wiiliams ( Doves ) & mixed by Graham Massey is also featured making this a truly cultivated release.
