With over 25 years experience of Club DJing and live performances internationally, Tom’s obsession for music has spread worldwide. Starting in the early days with Leeds’ infamous Back to Basics, and signing to Ralph Lawson’s 2020 Vision as one half of ‘The Electric Press’, they were dubbed the hottest youngsters in dance music and earned international acclaim for their successful EP’s and remix label, Light Bulb Edits. With their music regularly supported by the big gun DJs in clubs and across the airwaves, the duo toured the globe performing live. Highlights of the tours were 360 (Dubai), Pascha (Poznan, Poland), Elsewhere (Gold Coast AUSTRALIA), Tank (Sydney AUSTRALIA), Glastonbury (UK), Back to Basics (UK), Dusk til Dawn (UK), Ministry of Sound (UK) & Their residency at the Key Club (London).
Musically its always been a back bone House music with the elements of disco, funk soul at the heart of it. Fusing those genres with a modern electronic and sometimes experimental edge, including influences of techno, jazz & breakbeat in some moments.
The past 15 years Tom has been prolific in the studio. A Grammy nomination and now a multi-platinum selling producer, he has pushed boundaries and worked with the world’s biggest artists and labels.
