Always unique in blending traditional elements (latin jazz, funk, soul) with modern sounds, since "Moving Ahead" in 2020 Gerardo Frisina, a leading name in the international jazz and electronic music scene, has introduced new 'cosmic' and 'futuristic' elements into his style. His evolution culminates today with "In Sight", a double work conceived and produced in two separate volumes. "In Sight Vol. 1", finally revealed in all its glory, is still oriented towards the clubbing context, with the exception of "O Soñho", a slower-paced bossa nova with a cinematic atmosphere. The album also contains a previously unreleased instrumental version of "Samba Skindim" (title track from the 2009 10" EP), a 'great classic' and one of Frisina's most appreciated compositions both by listeners and Gerardo himself.
