Transparent White and Gold “Color in Color”
The sixth release on A_A, Versions / Flux marks a transitional moment—bridging the sonic terrain between our second album Radiant – Dissonant and the forthcoming third full-length Ubiquity.
This release features four tracks: two versions drawn from Radiant – Dissonant, and two new pieces that offer a glimpse into what’s coming next. The “V” in Dissonant V and Radiant V represents both “version” and the Roman numeral for five, adding layered meaning to this reinterpretation.
Guided by a “roots” approach, we reimagined the originals using noise as instrument and silence as note—stripping elements back to their raw essence and letting space speak as much as sound.
Versions / Flux is a reflection and a signal of movement forward.
