ギタリスト/ソングライターのスチュアート・モックスハム、兄弟でベーシストのフィリップ・モックスハム、シンガーのアリソン・スタットンという3人からなるヤング・マーブル・ジャイアンツ。彼らが1980年に残した唯一のアルバムにしてミニマルポップの金字塔として今尚多くの音楽ファンから愛聴される、『Colossal Youth』がリリース40周年を記念し、DVDが付属した『Colossal Youth 40th Anniversary Edition』として〈Domino〉より再発！本作には、アルバム『Colossal Youth』の他に、『Salad Days』、『Is The War Over』、『Final Day』、『Testcard EP』といった貴重なEPやコンピレーションの楽曲も収録。さらに1980年にニューヨークで行われた貴重なアメリカ公演のライヴDVDが付属している。
